uit het Amerikaanse moederland: The Bronx of Compton. Een accenverschil,
zullen we maar zeggen. Soms gaat het verder dan dat, kijk maar naar
Fingathing. Dit duo, bestaande uit ene Peter Parker en ene Sneaky,
verdeelt de instrumentale taken als volgt: de een doet de draaitafels,
de ander de contrabas. De ander doet de contrabas??? Yep, en dat
maakt Fingathing echt anders. Het duo opereert op het Grand Central-label,
dat je kunt kennen van het triphop-achtige duo Rae & Christian.
Hoe moet dat wel niet gaan klinken? Wel, bereid je voor op een nieuwe
invulling van de term freestyle.

the USA. A difference in accent one might say. Sometimes the difference
is in more factors, as is the case with Fingathing. The duo consists
of Peter Parker and Sneaky and has the following instrumentation:
one plays turntables, the other contrabass. Contrabass? Yes indeed.
And here's where they differ. There records are put out on the Grand
Central label, known from the triphop-ish duo Rae & Christian.
