- of het gelijknamige misdaadsyndicaat uit de James Bond-mythologie,
dat natuurlijk wel de naam leverde. De muziek van dit ijzingwekkende
Deense combo doet trouwens sterk denken aan wat James Bond in zijn
hoofd zou horen - als hij, bedwelmd met LSD, zou zijn ontvoerd door
een kwaadwillende UFO-bemanning. Denk je eens in wat voor film dat
op zou leveren… S.P.E.C.T.R.E. intussen kruist dwars door hoekige
hardcore en verfijnde sferen.

| Do not confuse this lot with the New York dub hop phenomenon of
the same name - or with the crime syndicate James Bond is up against.
This S.P.E.C.T.R.E. is a Danish band that of course took the name
from the James Bond mythology. Their music could well be what James
Bond would be hearing in his head if he were high on LSD and abducted
by an unfriendly UFO crew. Is this too vague? Then how's this: S.P.E.C.T.R.E.
are somewhere between hardcore and more refined atmospheres.
